VoisixAI is a web-based, cloud-based system and does not require installation of additional software on your phone, laptop, tablet, or desktop computer. The system is compatible with all web browsers available on Android or iPhone devices.
Does VoisixAI require changes in my mobile or calling plan or phone number?
VoisixAI is an additional service to your existing mobile service or office phone system and does not require changes to your phone, phone number, or calling plans.
Does VoisixAI has access to my phone contacts or voice calls history?
VoisixAI does not have access to your devices, contacts, or phone call history. VoisixAI can only call your phone number and bridge voice calls between numbers. A phone call can be initiated directly from any device like laptop or desktop computer.
Can multiple people have access and place calls trough VoisixAI?
VoisixAI allows the registration of multiple users who can manage and return voice calls from any location using any Internet-connected device.
Do you share voice calls, phone call history or other information with third parties?
VoisixAI is a business service and does not share client information such as phone calls, phone call history, or any client information with third parties. The owner of the number provided by VoisixAI owns all phone calls, phone voice records, and client information. Export option for download of all phone calls and voice clients in Microsoft Excell, CSV, and other formats will be implemented during one of the next system updates.
How many concurrent phone calls can VoisixAI handle to my Voisix number?
VoisixAI has a cloud-based architecture running on Microsoft Azure cloud and has enterprise-level scalability. Voisix can handle hundreds of concurrent calls to a single phone number without returning a busy signal. VoisixAI can accept phone calls 24/7 with no inretuptions.
What happens with my VoisixAI number if I decide to cancel my service with VoisixAI?
If you have used VoisixAI for more than 3 months your number will still be valid for additional 3 months. All calls to your number will receive a custom message informing your clients that the number has changed and they can call another number. The voice message can be customized directly from within your VoisixAI admin interface.
What is the typical VoisixAI contract length?
All VoisixAI contacts are month to month with no setup or cancellation fees.
